To achieve this mission, the MWPA works with businesses to help them improve their marketing, their manufacturing operations, and their management. Much of our work is done in collaboration with other businesses, government agencies and organizations in Maine and the Northeast. "

Joining the MWPA

The MWPA has five groups of members.

• Sawmill & Millwork
• Furniture & Home accessories
• Wood products manufacturers
• For-profit associate members (who provide services to manufacturers)
• Non-profit & government associate members

MWPA has over 130 members and it is growing by several members per month. All of the full members are manufacturers that have facilities here in Maine. Some of our associate members are based out-of-state and provide services to firms in Maine.
